Conditions of sale
By placing an order you will have read, understood and
agreed to the Terms and Conditions. Shelfridges may change
the Terms and Conditions at its discretion. You will be
deemed to have accepted the modifications if you continue to
use the website after they have been posted.
A contract between Shelfridges and the customer is formed
only when we receive settlement of your Paypal payment.
Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations
2000, you have the right to cancel your order for whatever
reason and be fully refunded. You have seven days after
delivery to exercise this right.
Price Policy
Every item is described as accurately as possible and
represents excellent value for money. The correct price is
that which is displayed on this website at the time we
received your payment.
All payments are taken in pounds Sterling (£) and all
purchases include VAT at the current UK rate.
Availability

available to persons resident in the UK and we will not
accept orders from outside the UK without prior arrangement.

Conformity of Goods

cannot accept any responsibility for minor discrepancies as

Faulty Goods
If you are dissatisfied with the quality or the goods are
defective, you must advise Shelfridges in writing within
seven days from the invoice date. If the defect was not
apparent on initial inspection, you have 30 days to notify
us, beyond which we cannot accept liability. We are not
liable for any defect arising from fair wear and tear,
wilful damage, alteration or repair, or abnormal use of the
ordered goods. Any valid claims will be exchanged free of
charge or fully refunded on receipt of the returned goods.
Shelfridges will have no further liability for the defect.

representation or any implied warranty, condition or other
term, or any duty at common law or under these terms and
conditions, for any special, indirect or consequential
